Fast Track Solutions LLC offers a range of professional services including but not limited to:

• ✓ Data Analytics & Insights: Actionable dashboards, reporting, and business intelligence.
• ✓ Cloud Integration & Automation: Workflow automation and secure cloud solutions.
• ✓ Consulting & Strategy: Tailored digital transformation and advisory services.
• ✓ API Access & Developer Tools: Where applicable, access to Fast Track Solutions LLC APIs under separate agreements.

All services are subject to availability and specific terms outlined in your order confirmation or statement of work.

As a user of Fast Track Solutions LLC, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use.
• • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• • Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Fees for services are outlined in your invoice, subscription plan, or service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• • All fees are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties.
• • Payments are due within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• • Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
• • Fast Track Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
• • Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled in writing before renewal date.

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy: no refunds for partial months or unused services, except as required by law.

You may not use Fast Track Solutions LLC for:

• 🚫 Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• 🚫 Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
• 🚫 Infringing upon intellectual property or proprietary rights of others.
• 🚫 Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to extract source code.
• 🚫 Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the Service.
• 🚫 Harassing, abusing, or harming any individual or group.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

All content, features, trademarks, logos, software, and materials made available through Fast Track Solutions LLC are the exclusive property of Fast Track Solutions LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal remedies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Track Solutions LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
• • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• • Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.

Either party may terminate these Terms for any reason by providing 30 days' written notice. Fast Track Solutions LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• You fail to pay any amounts due.
• Your use poses a security risk or violates applicable laws.

Fast Track Solutions LLC may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice within the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. You waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.
